I was coordinating with Mr.Yukesh he and his team are very prompt& polite.I have serviced my car at this service centre twice and both the time the quality of service they provided was amazing at the best price available in the market. I have used OKCAR for servicing and repairs a few times and have been happy with the service. It's extremely convenient with car pickup and delivery, the communication throughout the process is excellent, complete transparency with each task done with photos sent as done, and the quality of work is very good. Recently, a dent in the door was repaired with a repaint, and it was done so well it was impossible to tell it was ever dented. It was a great experience with OKCAR Doorstep servicing. Completely hassle-free with very quick and professional service. The inspection was free of cost, and they identified the issue very quickly and resolved it. The Hyundai service center guy was going to charge 450 just for inspection and asked us to get the car towed for 1800 rupees. The issue was just in our remote key as the cell needed to get changed... Very good work of denting and painting done on my Volkswagen Vento. He assured me the job will be done as if it was his own car and it was carried out as such in that way. He is very reasonable too. He also removed 1 deep scratch and some small scratches upon request. Highly recommended. Thanks Okcar.

Very quick scheduling of appointment and car pick up for service and door rust repair and painting. They shared pictures and videos over the next two days showing work in progress, oil change etc. Car was dropped back home with no fuss. Car feels good and clean after the service. A small rectification was done immediately the very next day at home. Really convenient and responsive service. I will definitely use them again.
